As part of Visa's Global Sourcing team, Technology Sourcing focuses on major strategic initiatives for Visa's President/CTO. We are seeking an experienced and strategic PMO Director to lead our Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves coordinating projects and communications supporting Visa's CTO, CAO, and CFO. It requires a strong leader capable of navigating complex leadership structures within the Technology Sourcing organization, Visa Technology & Operations, and stakeholder departments. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential to manage upwards.

Essential Functions

• Develop integrated plans and communications to track progress and dependencies in alignment with Visa's CTO communication service standards.
• Drive awareness of workstreams by collaborating with project leads and Senior Executives, providing timely and accurate reporting on progress to all stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts by contributing to a program management framework aligned with modern agile, lean, and design thinking practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts.
• Coordinate work for geographically distributed teams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualification

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
• 10 years' experience in Technology Procurement with Project Management certifications.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is USD 161,500 to 234,200 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
