The position is primarily responsible for completion of the new hire onboarding and processes. The onboarding process includes the completion of criminal background checks, primary source verifications for education/licensure/certifications, scheduling of pre-employment physicals and completion of I-9 work authorization, among other requirements.
The Associate is also responsible for HR Customer Service delivery and phone support for a number of locations, in addition to the scheduling and facilitation of onboarding presentations, employment verifications, administrative support for regulatory inspections, among other responsibilities. Prior experience with HR onboarding processes and responding to various internal (employee) and external inquiries is strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is required, including Excel. Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills also required.
