We are thrilled to announce the opening for our first Global Talent Brand Specialist. This role is essential in representing our employee story to the external talent market, helping our recruiters and hiring teams accurately convey what it's like to be part of our organization, which spans over 10,000 employees worldwide.
Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE) consists of nearly 40 TA professionals worldwide who are responsible for filling every open role in the company. These roles range from technicians and sales teams who are on the frontlines with our customers, to engineers and development teams bringing our solutions to life, and business support and leadership teams driving their success. As a Global Talent Brand Specialist, you will collaborate with other TA COE technical and functional experts, regional TA leaders, and corporate and operating unit communications and marketing teams. Together, we strive to enable business success by strategically navigating talent markets, providing excellent candidate experiences, and driving quality selection practices. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750 - $133,100 at the time of posting.
