Position Overview:

The Business Solutions Marketing Intern will primarily support the Business Solutions Marketing team, assisting the Marketing Specialist on a wide range of projects and tasks related to developing and implementing comprehensive marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services to achieve organizational objectives.

  • This opportunity offers the flexibility to work from your home office, but you may need to commute to one of our local offices as needed on an intermittent basis.



A Day in the Life of the Business Solutions Marketing Intern:



  • Assist with Social Media campaigns, including posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X to promote sales team events, press releases, and our internet, voice, and connectivity solutions.
  • Assist with finalizing our brand refresh of marketing and sales enablement collateral, supporting up to 10 lines of business. These could include sell sheets, brochures, flyers, case studies, product catalogs, door hangers, and a wide variety of other items.
  • Create and help distribute support materials for Sales events.
  • Participate in weekly project team meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to support SMB email and direct mail acquisition campaigns, as well as upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned



What You Bring to the Table:



  • Prior experience in supporting or assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns or events.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members, working within our Marketing team and with people from the lines of business we support.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, drive projects forward, and ask questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in time-sensitive situations; aptitude to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging visuals for various marketing materials.
  • Experience conducting research and analyzing data to identify trends.
  • Prior experience using Adobe Illustrator to design vector graphics, logos, and promotional assets.



Education:



  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.



Compensation:

The base compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. The base pay represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
