Description This is a combined posting for an Mental Health Therapist, Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Social Worker MSW, and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
