• Researches, confirms and tracks insurance information. (A-10%, B-50%)
• Organizes and maintains office operations directly and through delegation. (A-40%, B-10%)
• Maintains patient/client data and distributes to appropriate persons. (A-10%, B20%)
• Provides information to customers and potential customers. (A-10%, B10%)
• Compiles, summarizes and analyses data. (A-30%, B10%)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent GED. Basic computer knowledge.

Experience

• One year office experience including computer reporting processes and office organization.
• Prefer some medical terminology and insurance verification experience.
