The Digital Marketing Analyst will be joining a high performing Agile Marketing team and will be responsible for executing various Marketing tactics that are part of Quest's Digital Marketing strategy.

The Analyst collaborates with peers on the Marketing team, as well as with cross functional colleagues, to clarify business requirements, and then execute digital marketing campaign tactics by leveraging our various Martech systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for website management, Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Automation Systems for customer segmentation, email deployment and web form management, as well as additional tools for location management, search engine optimization and search ads, digital analytics, social media, tag management, and account based marketing.

This is not an IT position; it is a Marketing position.

The position reports to the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy.

This is a hybrid position (Secaucus based).

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target:

  • Create new web pages and/or update existing pages as needed, by adding provided imagery, files and content within the AEM system as needed.
  • Review with stakeholders, and then update system governance documentation as needed to keep it accurate and comprehensive over time.
  • Leverage the Target tool to publish audience-specific messaging to the site; run corresponding analytics reports and share with stakeholders.
  • Organize assets within the CMS and DAM.

Eloqua:

  • Build and deploy marketing emails, ensuring adherence to the deployment checklist,
  • Build and manage customer audience segments
  • Upload and manage contact data

Other systems and general Digital Marketing:

  • Participate as an active member of the digital marketing Agile team, by executing digital marketing campaign tactics.
  • Liaise with the IT department by opening tickets on behalf of marketers and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis of statistics so that content owners can understand, and leverage data to continually improve their content.
  • Assist with using various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends and visitor behavior.
  • Create QR codes for marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives.

General Responsibilities:

  • As per direction provided by the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy, execute tactics that are part of Quest's digital engagement strategy, including digital analytics, web publishing tools and processes, portfolio management, and alignment with customer journey development and marketing automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with peers and agencies to develop and execute the digital aspect of marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and team members to provide insights and updates.
  • Share feedback and insights with the manager to continuously improve processes and training programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

  • Provide guidance, and troubleshooting assistance to web stakeholders, escalating feedback as necessary.
  • Monitor the digital team mailbox to identify and address any emerging issues.

Accountabilities/ Metrics:

  • Execute projects on time as scheduled.
  • Successful implementation of digital tactics for marketing campaigns.
  • Customer satisfaction

Required WorkExperience:

  • 1+ year of work experience or internships that included hands on foundational experience using a web content management system, and a marketing automation system.
  • Experience building and/or updating web pages and building and deploying marketing emails.

Preferred Work Experience:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Eloqua are preferred, but we are willing to train a highly organized and motivated individual who has experience with different CMS and MAP tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, A/B testing tools, and SEO tools a plus.
  • Experience working within an agile project management structure a plus.
  • Pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostic, lab or consumer packaged goods experience a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Fully proficient with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Enjoy using technology platforms and have a willingness to learn and become an expert user of several marketing technologies, ideally growing over time into a "Power User" with authority to manage other users' permissions and training, to manage system configuration and integrations with data and other systems as needed, and to develop and oversee processes re: the proper use of systems by other users.

Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required

The base salary range for this position is ~ $60,000 - $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
