Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7) Department/Organization: 217101 - HES Dean's Office Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm Job Summary: The College Post-Award Research Coordinator I assists researchers and staff within a department, unit, or college with the post-award financial management of grant and contract activities under general supervision. Monitors expenditures, prepares budget changes, journal entries, personnel action forms, forecasting, reconciliations, and other related activities in compliance with Federal, State, and Local government requirements. Participates in training as required by the Office for Research & Economic Development. Additional Department Summary: Monitors all contract and grant post-award budgets for faculty within both the College of Human & Environmental Sciences and the College of Communication & Information Sciences. Proactively monitors all grant activity, budgets, direct, indirect, and cost-share expenditures in the Colleges. Ensures award spending aligns with budgets, expenditures comply with sponsor and UA guidelines, effort is captured and reported accurately, and funder post-award requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. Initiates funder approved budget revisions, prepares ePAs, prepares reconciliations and other accounting related documents. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.
