Overview

As a Program Manager on our Trust & Agency Services team, you appreciate that not all innovation is technological - we equally value new ways to promote effective communication and trust within our teams. As a member of our Cary location, you will join a pod of developers and automation testers, following the SCRUM methodology and will be expected to immediately start contributing your thoughts and ideas. You will build a close relationship with the Business and operations teams (our end users), and oversee key vendor lead programs. You will also build a close relationship with our other teams in Cary as well as colleagues in our other locations. What You'll Do

  • Work closely with vendor teams on requirements tracking and Oversee delivery of all roadmaps related milestone objectives and Oversee cost analysis and ROI for vendor spend and delivery

  • Present status and roadmaps to key stakeholders both in Tech and Business and provide overall process improvement ideas and implement those to create a more efficient vendor workflow

  • Understands Business architecture and applies to story definitions and non-functional requirements and detail-oriented but understands how stories fit in with the overall product goals

  • Anticipates weaknesses or problems with design and suggests improvement

  • Business process mapping and ability to express and discuss point of view in a way that both Business stakeholders and dev team can understand

  • Establish / operate within the governance (decision making) structure for the program/project and manage/escalate issues and risks

Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Advanced experience in a Project Management role and Extensive experience in working with enterprise software applications

  • Experience using leadership capabilities to support and build client and team relationships

  • Good communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills and Excellent client and service orientation and ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Passion and expertise to share knowledge and best practices

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Scrum Master certification

  • Agile Coaching certification

  • Knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle)

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
