Printpack, a leading packaging manufacturer, is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Plant Administrative Assistant in the Grand Prairie, Tx Converting Plant. This position will be onsite, Monday - Friday, 7a-4p.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support operational efficiency through completion of special projects; prepare and distribute reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

  • Assist in talent acquisition and new associate onboarding processes

  • Manage visitor protocols and ensure adherence to security procedures

  • Partner with outside vendors and internal resources to foster associate engagement

  • Facilitate internal associate communications and support community outreach initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience in an administrative role

  • Proficiency in computer operations including Microsoft Office Suite is required

  • Workday experience strongly preferred

  • Must be able to utilize tools for virtual meetings as needed

  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to protect controlled information

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours as needed

  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills

Physical demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection
