Staffmark, a trusted staffing partner for over 50 years, is hiring a Lead Maintenance Mechanic for a

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends as needed)

In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and machinery. You'll operate heavy equipment, troubleshoot issues, and lead maintenance efforts to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet company standards. Additionally, you'll handle daily maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly and safely. You'll also be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized work environment and ensuring that maintenance efforts align with company protocols.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Experience in heavy equipment maintenance and power tool operation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical certification or an associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
