As the Facility Services Supervisor, you will ensure the facility's cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, equipment, and systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing), and managing contractor projects. Success in this role requires quick issue identification, situation analysis, and solution implementation.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 8+ years in building maintenance and repair
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • Understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
  • Experience with contractors and skilled tradesmen
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills



Estimated Min Rate: $52500.00
Estimated Max Rate: $75000.00
