Manages all marketing projects as assigned. Serves as a liaison and coordinates between departments, physician practices and product lines. Assists with planning, scheduling and coordination of projects and activities. Completes data analysis and provides data driven recommendations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Oversees workflows and schedules to ensure the timely production of corporate, product line, and physician practice marketing and communication material.
  2. Defines resource requirements and manages resource availability and allocation-both internal and external.
  3. Works collaboratively with Marketing Director on Regional Campus marketing requests.
  4. Tracks projects and provides regular reports on their status to project teams and key stakeholders.
  5. Supports product line marketing initiatives with detailed trafficking systems that maintain consistency and brand alignment of product line and corporate communications.
  6. Develops and utilizes operational systems to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing projects, while training marketing team members on their use.
  7. Monitors and ensures timely completion of outsourced jobs and coordinates updates between external vendors and the Marketing Department's creative team, marketing specialists, and content developers.
  8. Manages invoice processing and tracking by working with the Marketing Department's administrative personnel and external vendors and acting as a liaison with Northside's finance and AP teams.
  9. Works effectively in a fast-paced environment, taking direction, staying organized, and managing multiple projects within defined deadlines
  10. Maintains a calendar of projects and assures that projects are organized and completed as scheduled.
  11. Provides support to Administration as needed with coordination of meetings, procurement of supplies and organization of meeting content.
  12. Provides professional and detailed communication with thorough follow-up to the assignor on projects or assigned tasks.
  13. Properly secures and protects confidential information.
  1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare services administration and/or business administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related or complementary field.
  2. Strong administrative/management/supervisory experience as evidenced by experience with the following skills:
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate activities of department within or across hospital services
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, physicians, and others
  • Project and formulate the future needs of the service
