Business Technology Manager

The Business Technology Department is a critical group that is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of construction technology within Grunley Construction. This role will ensure that our technology infrastructure, software applications, and data systems support our business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and enhance project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction industry processes and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing technology solutions in a similar environment.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Required Practical Experience:

• Minimum of 5 Years of experience in IT Management, preferably with the construction industry.

Required Qualifications or Certificate:

• Experience with construction-specific software: Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Viewpoint, etc.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of construction industry processes and technology solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of data management and analytics principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certs:

• PMP, ITIL, CompTIA are a plus.
