Title: Quality Assurance Nurse

Job Duties: The Quality Assurance Nurse assists the Director of Nursing Services and Administrator in providing the highest quality of care for residents by auditing patient records, assisting with nursing services, and working as a nurse on the floor as needed. The Quality Assurance Nurse aides the Director of Nursing Services and Administrator with administrative tasks, such as planning, organizing, and implementing tasks as requested. The Quality Assurance is responsible for knowing and following current federal, state, and local standards and assuring compliance with standards.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:



  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current license as an LVN or RN to practice in the state of California.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance preferred.
  • Experience working in a mental health facility preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Word & Excel.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications.

About the campus:Crestwood Manor in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility serving individuals from a number of California communities. The facility provides long-term treatment services to people with a primary medical diagnosis and specialized behavioral management needs - for example, Alzheimer's or dementia.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$47 $50 USD
