Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative in the Columbus, Ohio area. This role involves assisting our customers over the phone with repair services and inquiries related to parts, pricing, orders, deliveries, services, product information, and more.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering internal and external customers, and Field Service Technicians' phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist in the follow-up and processing of all customers phones, emails or customer requests
Maintain data quality by submitting account creation/updates requests and create/update contacts information in SAP as needed, and accurately fill out Customer Interactions in SAP
Seize opportunities to create service and product leads for sales representatives
Assist in resolving service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, selecting, and routing to correct group
Take appropriate action to follow up on resolving customer issues
Improve overall customer experience by following correct call flow and script
Successfully and actively participate in the implementation of department or company changes, to improve productivity and customers experience What You Need to Succeed
