The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market data, identifying key trends, and driving strategic marketing initiatives that support the company's growth objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and market positioning. The Senior Marketing Analyst will also play a key role in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, including customer behavior, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Develop and present data-driven reports and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and marketing teams to create targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth market research activities, including surveys, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Drive the development of pricing strategies and positioning for new and existing products.
  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in identifying market opportunities and threats, providing recommendations for product development and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide input into marketing communications, including presentations, digital content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Analyze customer segments and work to increase market share through targeted marketing efforts.

A must...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or market analysis role, with a proven track record of developing actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in market research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
