We have an opportunity for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Residential Water Treatment (RWT) channel marketing team in Golden Valley, MN. You will support the Pentair RainSoft business, highly driven by our Rainsoft dealers, and serve as a key business partner to support annual growth initiatives through strategic marketing tactics. This is an exciting opportunity to create and execute marketing programs and tools that will directly drive dealer partner sales and allow us to continue being a global leader in sustainable water solutions.

You will:

  • Create and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns, including lead generation, education, communication, sales plays, and collateral development to drive dealer sales and growth.
  • As the key contact for the Rainsoft business, immerse yourself in the dealer community to determine opportunities for growth, identify needs, understand the market, and drive sales growth.
  • Partner with the RainSoft internal sales team to support marketing efforts, such as creating or providing product information, sales collateral, updating digital assets, supporting events, etc.
  • Serve as the liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and external partners for RainSoft related activities.
  • Build relationships with key retail business partners to develop marketing and sales strategies that drive Rainsoft dealer sales growth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Have earned a bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) degree.
  • Have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including experience managing projects and creating/executing strategies that drive customer sales and business growth.
  • Experience with two step-distribution (B2B2C) and dealer marketing preferred.
  • Retail vendor management experience a plus.
  • Skilled in developing relationships with partners of all levels, inside and outside of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timelines independently or with limited supervision/direction.
  • Creative and critical thinking, relentless attention to detail, and grace under pressure.

Travel:

  • Up to 25% as needed for customer visits, events, and team collaboration meetings.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71000 - $131800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as annual incentive bonus.
