About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Intern to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) Analytics team within the Sales Operations organization. This internship is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world data challenges, helping optimize sales strategies and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business intelligence, sales performance analytics, and market segmentation to enhance GTM strategy.

What You'll Do:
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
* Develop and automate reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
* Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support data-driven decision-making.
* Support A/B testing and experiments to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
* Help streamline data processes and improve data quality within sales operations.
* Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Who You Are:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a graduation date of December 2025 or later.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
* Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or market research is a plus but not required.

Minimum Salary: $58,431.86

Maximum Salary:$83,996.32

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $58,431.86 and $83,996.32/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
