MC Integrated Warfare Systems Group comprises more than 100 staff that provide program and project management, systems and digital engineering, software, test & evaluation, product support, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT support to more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects in the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) and customers in Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Office of Naval Research (ONR), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Navy's Team Submarine Office. Responsibilities SPA has an immediate need for a dedicated mid-level Product Support Analyst to directly support the Directed Energy Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM). Your role will be to assist our Navy client with Product Support planning, execution, and analysis for reliability, availability, maintainability, and supportability related to Navy Directed Energy (DE) systems. Key responsibilities include incorporating Product Support strategy elements into acquisition documentation, procurement specifications, contracts, and engineering documents; ensuring requirements for availability, reliability, maintainability, sustainment, operational cost, training, and manpower are defined and met; and developing reliability and maintainability (R&M) requirements and supporting the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). You will also actively monitor and report Product Support status to the DE PAPM, identify barriers and obstacles to Product Support efforts, and offer recommended mitigations to remove barriers and obstacles. You will also support managers in preparing for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), Gate Reviews, and other program assessments as required.
