The Sr. Analyst, Digital Analytics will analyze and interpret digital & voice channel data to drive strategic decisions, enhance user experience, and optimize Safelite's performance. The Sr. Analyst, Digital Analytics will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of web data, providing insights that will guide digital strategies that improve both digital engagement and the impact of digital channels to the balance of the business. The Sr. Analyst, Digital Analytics will be expected to:
- Take requests from stakeholders and apply business acumen to understand the context of the request, which tends to be broader in scope.
- Work independently to design analysis framework and determine the needed data, while providing guidance and advice on the data collection and design framework process.
- Use analytic tools like SQL to perform complex analysis, while providing guidance to others on the use of the analytical tool.
- Independently interpret analysis and draw in-depth conclusions. Consider strategic context to understand how recommendations may impact business outcomes.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the audience to build the insights communication plan through adapting the message and approach in communication with stakeholders. Requires occasional support in meetings to effectively influence stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Measure success (progression through the digital funnel, conversion) and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and performance of our digital properties in alignment with Safelite's business objectives and customer journey.
- Lead analysis on A/B and MVT tests, compile results and present them to business stakeholders in a timely and consumable manner.
- Query large datasets using analytics software or SQL for applicable data and interpretation of results and analyses to identify trends/issues and develop recommendations to support business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams, including but not limited to performance marketing, and external analytics vendors; identify appropriate data sources and measure project success.
- Create data collection methodologies and plans and provide recommended fixes as needed to ensure accuracy of all reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field or equivalent Required.
- Master's Degree in Statistics, Analytics or related quantitative field Preferred
- 4-6 years relevant experience Required
- Ability to write SQL (High proficiency)
- Experience with any industry leading BI tools such as Tableau (High proficiency)
- Experience working with industry leading web analytics (Google Analytics, tag management and A/B testing tools)
- Familiarity with and understanding of any of the following digital environments, CRM, digital media, voice-based channels and technologies (Medium proficiency)
