We have a Technical Recruiter opportunity in our Eden Prairie office. This role is critical in driving talent acquisition efforts to support the organization's technical and cultural needs. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, align recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The recruiter will build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent pools, employing innovative and effective sourcing techniques to attract top candidates. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, while maintaining compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive candidate experience.
