Description
Education and Experience: * BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is desired. * Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience with demonstrated track record of growth and interested in building upon their successful track record in sales. * Must be experienced with solutions-based selling and approach to solving customer's problems. Specific Position Duties: * Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to grow the business and strengthen relationships with distributors. * Provide leadership to sales team in the achievement of sales goals and implementation of sales strategies. * Track and analyze inventory, focus products & sales performance. * Co-ordinate and conduct product / sales meetings and training for distributors to ensure the possession of in-depth knowledge of product attributes, promotional activities and pricing. * Travel to distributor branches and sales events. * Develop and maintain knowledge of all YAGEO Group products, applications and services. * Other activities as directed.
