We are seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting to the Director of Corporate Legal. As a key member of our corporate legal team, you will play a critical role in securities compliance, corporate governance, strategic transactions, and general corporate matters. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Investor Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, and external counsel to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do:

$120,000 - $175,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs. EEO Statement
