The UVA Cancer Center is seeking a Navigation and Outreach specialist to support cancer screening initiatives with community organizations, including Federally Qualified Health Centers. This position will work with internal and external partners to identify and address barriers to the early detection of cancer. The Navigation and Outreach Specialist serves as a critical link between UVA Cancer Center and other community health care systems, organizations and resources. The Navigation Outreach Specialist's general responsibilities include:
