Property Management Assistant position overview and responsibilities: Assist with all administrative functions related to purchasing and property maintenance Maintain documentation for purchase orders, maintenance Requests, property inspections Maintain property entry systems for all assigned properties Assist in preparation, documentation for all HUD NSPIRE inspections Prepare outgoing mail, labels, and envelopes Property Management Qualifications One year of previous successful experience in an administrative support role Knowledge of general office practice Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and with a positive attitude.
