This role, in collaboration with the Program Director, will focus on upholding compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards, guaranteeing the attainment of program goals, and identifying areas for enhancement while offering recommendations to improve the program. This role is vital to the success of the residency program and this individual must demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills in applying a detailed knowledge of the responsibilities, functions, and underlying management of the program. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field Preferred The ideal candidate must be able to: 1. Demonstrate previous strong administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting. 2. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in task completion. 3. Maintain strong organizational and communication skills. 4. Demonstrate a team-player attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and database management tools. 6. Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 7.
