About the Role: We are looking for 2 Manufacturing Managers to join our team. Commercialized Products- This position is responsible for directly leading a team that manufactures commercialized product including manufacturing operators, Area Leaders, Production Leaders and other support personnel as required. Primary goals include maintaining the proper team staffing in order to meet established build plans while meeting key business metrics. This role requires the ability to travel up to 5%. Finished Goods Supply Chain (FGSC) - This position will lead a team of Production Leaders, Area Leaders, and support associates across multiple teams and shifts that manufacture commercialized products. This Manufacturing Leader will partner closely with the FGSC Manufacturing Leader in Flagstaff to ensure consistency across all FGSC manufacturing processes, procedures and improvements. They will also interface with our European partner in the Netherlands and drive accountability for build plans, lead time, headcount, and continuous improvement. This role requires the ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time for the first year and up to 15% of the time thereafter. Both roles will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland.
