Essential Functions: Work with appropriate G7 Account Managers, and focus on branches in the sub-unit Support local distributors (non-G7) in the sub-unit Drive POS development, and focus on developmental accounts (outside of the Sales Representative's ITP assigned accounts) Support Sales Representatives and Manufacturing Representatives to drive POS on assigned accounts Work with the appropriate G7 Account Manager, organize QBR's, and ensure action items are executed Competencies Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and planning skills Strategic thinking and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment and be capable of working independently with minimal direction Analyze problems and determine solutions Convey positive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude Education and Experience: 3-5 years customer service experience and/or BS degree in business Experience and ability to excel working in team environment Broad knowledge of business administration Excel and other MS platform tools YAGEO does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, protected veteran status, protected genetic information, marital status or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local law, in making employment decisions including but not limited to hiring, wages, promotions, rewards, and access to training.
