Responsibilities
This position supports a customer who provides enterprise services to enhance the project management and systems engineering through the full systems lifecycle used by medical staff and offices. The requirements analyst will support the sustainment efforts of new workflows that have been recently transitioned to the Sponsor's new integrated, cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system with customer relationship (CRM) software. The ideal candidate will work closely with users to ensure acceptance, collect any feedback/requirements, assist in supporting change management, and collaborate with the other technical team members. The roles and responsibilities are not limited to:
- Lead and assist PMO in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on activities to closure.
- Conduct business process analysis and change management analysis reviews.
- Schedule and facilitate technical exchange meetings and information sessions.
- Develop clear, concise, readable technical requirements, business processes and documentation.
- Analyze technical content and able to depict the problem statements using:
- Workflows, graphics, and briefings, using automated tools and research methods to finalize deliverables.
- Collect data, conduct research, and ensures the right technical solution aligns to the user statement of needs:
- Statistical data in documents
- Reports
- Forms
- Plans
- Meeting minutes.
- Compile various technical information in an easy to comprehend format for decision makes that allows the project and team to progress on schedule.
- Apply a system thinking mindset; determines how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, components, and the environment will affect outcomes.
- Monitor, track, and assess performance of projects and organization to make improvements so the corrective actions required to enhance relations with product owners, SMEs, and overall team.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- 10 years of experience; 3 in IC.
- Experience with Agile development framework.
- Experience with taking feedback and translating them into requirements for development.
- Experience using project management tools to include Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience integrating Information Technology related projects.
- Well versed in life cycle and project integration methodologies.
- Able to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience in Project integration tools in an Agile framework.
- Ability to review design requirements for flow validation.
- Identify necessary interfaces between new enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environments.
- Support business case analysis and identification of alternative solutions and legacy IT environments.
- Demonstrated successful PMO working relationships to document, diagram, and track new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
- Follow-up of action items and ensure closure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Adobe.
- Draft and/or perform vetting process of new requirements, making sure all information needed to complete a requirement is provided.
- Oversees requirement tracking process.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for customer needs assessment.
- Work with customers, service providers, or developers to identify requirements.
- Working knowledge of information systems and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

- Salesforce experience Highly Desired.
- Demonstrated ability to define Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Ability to coordinate and adjust to change fluidity and able to manage competing tasks and requirements.

- Ability to facilitate TEMs with various organization's technical personnel and manage project plans.
- Graphic packages knowledge and workflow management skills highly preferred.
