POSITION SUMMARY: Valley Health Medical Group is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join the team The Valley Health System is one of the largest and most honored healthcare providers in New Jersey. Position Summary: Provides Geriatric and Primary Care services to residents at home and in facilities for Valley's Senior Health Partners. The position is responsible for the clinical excellence of the primary care services and for developing programs aimed at population health management. EDUCATION: M.D or D.O from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy from a recognized institution Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, A valid New Jersey State Medical license, DEA, and CDS is required.
