Responsibilities
Supports Missile Defense Agency program office developing advanced integrated air and missile technologies for the warfighter. Responsibilities:
- Program office lead for monitoring technical baseline, capability delivery schedule, and cost performance across multiple information technology systems
- Works in cooperation with engineering team to understand technical program aspects in sufficient detail to perceive and report on potential programmatic baseline impacts
- Consolidates acquisition, contracts, budget, requirements, test, and technical milestones into an integrated master schedule
- Develops, coordinates, and provides configuration control of responses to internal and external taskings including briefings, point papers, reports, and audits for Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, the Services, and international partners.
- Monitors intelligence community products for real-world missile launches and conducts assessments to identify events requiring deeper analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience in analysis or related area.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple, disparate sources
- Ability to build schedules and identify milestones, track progress, and generate reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work with internal and external organizations to strengthen partnerships for delivering warfighter capability.
- Ability to harmonize the efforts of a distributed team.
- Ability to organize and prepare comprehensive technical and management reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with a diverse technical team of Government and contractor personnel.
- Knowledge and practical usage of Intelligence Community data resources.
Desired Qualifications:
- 15 years experience in analysis or related area.
- Knowledge of air defense, missile, and radar systems.
- Knowledge of DoD and Missile Defense Agency practices and procedures.
Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility #LI-AS1
