Overview Per Mar Security Services is seeking a qualified candidate for our Customer Care team. The primary responsibility of a Customer Care Representative is to provide a positive experience to our customers by processing requests in an efficient and correct manner via phone or email contact. Our Customer Care team is required to provide first-class support to our customers and navigate multiple software systems, while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Job Skills / Requirements The primary purpose of this position and this department is to better serve existing Electronic Security Customers in an accurate and timely manner. This position makes collection calls to existing customers along with other customer account requests.
