In the National Account Manager - High Growth Accounts position, you'll drive strategic expansion by cultivating relationships with C-suite decision-makers in high-potential, underpenetrated accounts. You'll introduce clients to Direct Supply's ecosystem of solutions, leveraging creativity and innovation to execute high-impact growth strategies across all Solution Groups. This role goes beyond sales-it's an opportunity to transform healthcare through technology, directly influencing improved care for seniors while fueling business growth.

What You'll Do and Impact:
Develop and execute targeted strategies for underpenetrated accounts, aligning approaches with customer needs and market dynamics. Engage key decision-makers to position Direct Supply as a long-term strategic partner. Showcase the full value of Direct Supply's ecosystem, introducing new customers to solutions across DSSI, TELS, Product Solutions, Aptura, DSsmart, and Onsite. Implement multi-channel business strategies, collaborating with internal teams to align with customer goals and maximize impact. Drive business expansion by leveraging Direct Supply's strengths to grow large accounts. Utilize GPOs and associations to influence decision-makers and accelerate market penetration. Leverage customer insights to refine product offerings, improve satisfaction, and drive retention. Lead high-level negotiations with senior stakeholders, resolving escalations quickly and effectively. Track account performance, adjusting strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge and drive sustained business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in high-growth environments. Proven expertise in developing and executing long-term growth strategies, driving business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience coaching sales teams and managing multi-channel sales strategies using market insights and the Direct Supply ecosystem. Advanced presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations to uncover growth opportunities. Demonstrated success in exceeding ambitious growth targets, particularly in underpenetrated markets. Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 20% Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Additional Items of Interest:
MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving growth and developing high-performing teams. Ability to travel to visit customers or attend conferences once a month or as needed to drive results.
