What We Do
This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks related to sales. Responsibilities include collaborating with different areas across the state to assist with administrative tasks requested by sales representatives and providing support to the sales managers. What You'll Do *Create flyers w/QR Codes, manage RSVP, and send out CE credits. *Event Management: Create and distribute event invitations and flyers *Developing weekly social media posts for all areas *Manage marketing material *Prepare monthly newsletter, create, and order seasonal greeting cards. *Data entry into our CRM *Assist in creating invitations and annual awards for internal sales events while managing notifications for sales birthdays and anniversaries. Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Advanced level WP, Spreadsheet, Presentation S/W skills. *Must be detail oriented. *Must be able to track a variety of assignments simultaneously. *Must be able to work effectively in a stressful, time-sensitive environment. *Proficient in utilizing Canva to create marketing materials. *Manage communications via Outlook. *Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. *Engage with social media and update content regularly.
