Overview
Job Purpose ICE Futures U.S., Inc., a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. presents a unique opportunity for a full time Senior Attorney to join its Market Regulation team. ICE Futures U.S., Inc. is a U.S. derivatives exchange registered with and regulated by the CFTC as a contract market for commodity futures and options. The Market Regulation Department is responsible for enforcing the Exchange's rules through market advisories, investigations and disciplinary actions. The primary role of a Market Regulation Counsel is to analyze, prepare and present investigation reports that are referred for disciplinary actions by staff to the Business Conduct Committee ("BCC") and assist the department in ensuring compliance with evolving Federal regulations. Additionally, in this role, the candidate will provide constructive feedback to staff on the strengths of the disciplinary case, as well as the applicable rules that may or may not be used as part of the enforcement of the matter. Knowledge and Experience
New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between $150,000 - 200,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Illinois Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role if located in Illinois is between $130,000 - 165,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.
