Under the direction of the Float Pool Supervisor, provides a wide variety of academic and administrative services to support over 100 RNs, LVNs, MAs and HA3s; with potential expansion to other services. Serves as first point of contact for float pool compliance verification and maintenance. Collaborates with HR and the Education Department in assigning and maintenance of required UC Learning modules. Review competencies and required skills to ensure Float Pool members have the support and proper training. Work with the managers and directors of all practices to understand their resource needs. Assists with float pool staff day to day operations. Creates and maintains float pool scheduling. The coordinator works to ensure all incoming request for Float assistance are reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. Track all requests including those that were filled and not filled and document the specific requested information. Provide administrative backup to the centralized nursing staffing office. Other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $54,664 - $67,944 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $26.18 - $32.54 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
