Position Overview: We are seeking a well-organized and highly motivated individual to join our Commercial business as a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will primarily assist and support the Recruitment team in scheduling interviews and managing other recruitment administration activities. Key Responsibilities: Interview Coordination: Support hiring by arranging interviews by coordinating the schedules of internal and external stakeholders, hiring manager, and candidates, including telephone and video conferencing details, and sending invites to relevant parties. Recruitment System Administration: Assist with the administration of the recruitment system. Job Posting Management: Manage the job posting process on various job boards. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain trackers and perform ad-hoc reporting as needed. Other Duties: Facilitate hiring and internal efficiencies by booking travel, assisting with invoicing, and other various responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience: Experience in a recruitment support role is preferred but not essential. Skills: Ability to develop rapport with others and work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated high level of service delivery. Work effectively across a variety of technology platforms, tools, and systems. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Dependability in challenging circumstances and a sense of urgency in achieving results. Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and adapt quickly to changing demands. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 an hour but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
