Accounts Receivable Manager

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for managing the accounting personnel and overseeing the accounting operational functions.

Your role on the team:

• Develop and implement cash collection procedures in a fast paced, multiple entity environment
• Ensures transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies and control
• Provides Audit support
• Establishes efficient accounting processes/procedures, controls, and work prioritization
• Initiates and monitors monthly management reports, financial statements, and account reconciliations
• Communicates with management regarding issues and potential resolution
• Travels as needed to field location
• Other duties as required and assigned

What you need: (requirements)

Experience

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year college or university
• Minimum 4 to 7 years Accounts Receivable experience
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
