INTEGRATION LEADER We have been engaged by a fast growing services company in the Atlanta region on a search for an Integration Leader. The company offers REMOTE flexibility, a competitive compensation, stable sector, laid back culture, and the opportunity to truly make an impact. The company is in high growth mode and is acquiring new companies at a rate of 4-8 annually. The Integration Manager will be focused on leading and managing system integrations with newly acquired companies. Serving as product owner, this role will help seamlessly implement accounting (Sage Intacct) and CRM systems as well as others. This will include: documenting workflows, providing clear training to newly acquired organizations, develop a training plan, managing the migration of data, project management, driving change management, ensuring project deadlines are hit, and driving continuous improvements. The right candidate for this Integration Manager role will have: Experience in consulting or managed services environment working with ERP and/or CRM systems or serving as Product Owner. Experience with systems implementations, updates, and/or conversions Experience developing workflow documentation and training related to systems Strong experience with change and project management. Experience managing data migration Strong experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, Netsuite or similar products Strong experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce Advanced Excel proficiency and proven ability to work with project management tools such as Smartsheet Superior communication and relationship building skills History of job stability Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows:$85-125k. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
