Overview: Cisco, UCCE, QCI, VOIP - Telecom Senior Network Specialist

Position can be done Remote (Work from Home).

Primary Function Provides the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of the company's voice and data network services as it pertains to Call Center/ Contact Center technology. Evaluates business requirements to develop and implement solutions. Manages infrastructure related to voice and data networks including related hardware and software to ensure availability, recoverability, performance, integrity and supportability through production support and maintenance of existing network and development and implementation of network enhancements All positions in this job family participate, to some degree, in the following activities: Production Support administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced customer support for the existing call center tools. Providing consulting advice to customers on the capabilities of the call center environment, including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE platform, Engage Call Recording and QCI. This position includes a on-call rotation within the Call Center support team for off hours support of our end users.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with IP networks and internet technologies Experience and exposure to complex technical environments (i.e., Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Engage Call Recording and QCI and VoIP technologies) Experience with VOIP and advanced routing protocols Good communication skills, both verbal and written Skilled in Project Management, has ability to handle small projects and a network/ telecommunications project team approach.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience Certifications.
