GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team by achieving required compliance standards prior to an employee's start date.

PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:





  1. *Commits to the mission, vision, beliefs and consistently demonstrates our core values.






  1. *Sources applicants to support recruitment efforts.






  1. *Collaborates with the Human Resources Assistant for the new hire onboarding process including providing initial information regarding orientation, parking stickers, badges and I-9 processing.






  1. *Coordinates new employee onboarding process.






  1. *Coordinates and communicates the relocation process and specifics with newly hired personnel receiving relocation benefits.






  1. *Responsible for providing all necessary documentation for new hires and transfer processes.






  1. *Orders background checks for new hires and rehires.






  1. Conducts follow-up on incomplete and pending items, working closely with Recruiters and Employee Health to ensure deadlines are met.






  1. Contacts cold leads in order to generate interest and introduces qualified leads to recruiters.






  1. Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.






  1. Participates in meetings, committees and department projects as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:





  1. Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions.






  1. Displays a willingness to learn, accepts coaching/feedback and practices the effort/activity required to succeed.






  1. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.






  1. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff.






  1. Ability to problem solve and engage independent critical thinking skills.






  1. Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive information.






  1. Ability to prioritize work demands and work with minimal supervision.




EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalency with a minimum of one (1) year of sales support or related work experience preferred. Human resources support role experience preferred.
