Description
The Documentation Specialist role is primarily responsible for preparing consumer preliminary disclosures, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures. The position is also responsible ensuring loans comply with internal bank policies, as well as federal and state regulations. Position Requirements: The qualified candidate must possess a minimum of four years banking experience to be considered, preferably with at least one year of consumer loan documentation preparation or loan processing experience. High School or better. Experience
Preferred
