Key Position Details:

Hybrid role - While primarily a remote position, employee will have some onsite requirements at the Allina Commons as well as Allina hospitals / clinics.

  • Full time position (80 hours every two-week period)
  • 8-hour, days shifts

Job Description:

Supports the identification, evaluation and implementation of key enterprise-wide initiatives that significantly impact and transform the organization. Works directly with organizational leaders to deliver value to the organization through business and care delivery system transformation and implementation of system strategic initiatives.

Principle Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and implement Performance Transformation Portfolio initiatives.
    • Evaluates current performance and develops actionable insights to inform transformation opportunities.
      Leverages and integrates industry benchmarking to improve understanding of organizational performance.
      Conducts in depth data analysis to identify areas of opportunities and presents key finding to leaders.
    • Identifies and recommends solutions to improve performance or transform business and care delivery.
      Monitors and integrates industry best practices to solve problems and improve performance.
      Collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to identify solutions and assess feasibility in practice.
      Evaluates the financial and performance benefit of recommended solutions.
    • Leads implementation of transformation opportunities.
      Executes implementation plans.
      Supports change management.
      Organizes structures and workgroups to move the solutions forward.
      Partners with Project Management Office (PMO) for larger-scale project management as needed.
    • Develops sustainment plans for ongoing success and benefit realization.
      Identify resource needs for monitoring and sustaining solutions.
  • Accountable for projects within the Performance Transformation Portfolio.
    • Provides analysis to metric progress and measures and reports on project progress to goals.
    • Ensures work products meet timelines, objectives and team quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years managing and leading large-scale projects

Pay Range

Pay Range: $40.37 to $55.85 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
