REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

*Understandingoffarmbusinessmanagement,finance,andruralbackground

*Minimum of1-3yrs.experienceinfinancialorAgbusinessfield

*Bachelor'sdegree in business, agriculture or related field, and/or related practicalexperience

*Effective interpersonalcommunication,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills

*Excellentstrategicsellingskills andprovencustomerserviceskills

*Abilitytobelicensedforrelatedservicessales

*Ability to communicate "value added" concepts to attract & maintain positivecustomerbase

*Computerproficiency
