Project Manager Responsibilities: In this role, you will research, plan and lead new and established cross-functional projects to solve business problems, improve efficiency and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide leadership to project team and facilitate meetings, provide project work guidance, create timelines, set priorities, organize work, give direction, resolve project problems and work within project budget
- Present project status reports, potential risks and mitigation plans to Foundations Leadership team
- Establish and manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size and scope, related to Benefits, Payroll and HR technology functions
- Facilitate communication to align business requirements with key internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Lead and champion process improvement and change management
- Manage internal and external audit processes
- Manage processes and procedures for company-wide document management system
- Complies with existing project management and process improvement framework and risk management plan
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, 5 years project, process improvement and change management experience, or equivalent
- Project management and/or business analyst and change management certifications preferred
- Planning and organizing multiple new and large/complex projects involving multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Understanding project management, business analysis, process improvement methodology and concepts and change management disciplines
- Strong listening skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- The ability to identify and resolve problems, manage risks, and adapt to changing project requirements is vital
- Analyzing current business processes and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitating and encouraging collaboration to motivate and achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for communicating complex topics for interacting with stakeholders, clients, and team members
