Program Manager-Global experience

We are currently seeking a [[Sr. Program Manager to join our team in [[Hilliard, [[Ohio, [[USA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and track the project schedule and plan in MS Project tool to support client's modernization needs
Partner with our multiple delivery organization to help deliver the services per plan
Manage dependencies, risks, issues as per plan and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external to fully formalize it
Prepare change requests where applicable. Track and manage the change requests.
Track and manage project financials as per agreed budgets.
Provide weekly forecast on resource and cost forecasts and provide mitigation plan for risks, if any.
Provide guidance and support to multiple delivery track teams to help deliver to the plan.
Serve as Servant leader- Look for impediments, blockers and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address those in timely fashion
Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly status reports for multiple customers
Prepare and present weekly, monthly status reports for Internal leadership for the visibility and actions being taken
Leverage Internal practice and SME'S to help resolve day today issuesand provide added value to External customers.
Manage project activities through Client provided tools for project management- JIRA, Confluence and keep them up to date.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering application development and modernization projects, along with a minimum of 5+ years as a technical lead on integration with exposure to leasing and Finance customer
Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors
Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing application development *Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms *
Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment
Experience in Effective Application Development Project Implementation / Deployment strategies with a distributed customer base
Experience in highly parallel work environments with projects utilizing iterative, agile, and waterfall approaches to achieve their objectives.
Experience in both business transformation and information technology projects is required

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 8 years Project/Program Management withproven experience on implementing large scale transformation programs handled through globally diverse locations.

Minimum 5 years experience with JIRA, MS project tool sets.

Travel: Hybrid role: Local OR travel to Ohio, 2 times a month; 3-4 days per trip

Degree: Bachelor's in computer science or related field
