Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking aCall Center Supervisorwho will work closely with the Call Center Manager. He/she will assist in the oversight of the Call Center Operations ensuring contract compliance regarding customer service standards through the effective use of team resources and staff motivation. Job Responsibilities:
Supervise Call Center staff, set positive example to all employees by providing consistent support and positive leadership, and quality customer service.
