The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. Reporting to the Recruiting Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator completes a full range of responsibilities related to recruiting personnel. The Recruitment Coordinator will be involved with end-to-end recruitment processes, keep track of ongoing hires and projects, keeping in contact with domestic and international hiring teams to meet requisition demand.
- Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, ensuring timely scheduling and tracking of travel for employees, participating in intake calls between Recruiters & Hiring Managers, coordinating with multiple business facets for requisition creation, assisting the Recruiter in ATS management, and facilitating the offer process for prospective candidates. This role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, and it will broaden customer service skills.
- The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach, and has some experience within HR, Recruitment, or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under your initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Must also have the ability to prioritize and complete projects within stated deadlines. A good understanding of government contracts and government processes is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely scheduling and tracking of travel for employees
- Participates in intake calls between recruiters & hiring Managers
- Coordinates with multiple business facets for requisition creation, assisting the recruiter in ATS management and facilitating the offer process for prospective candidates.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.
- High School degree/GED
- Bachelor's preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year experience working in HR, Recruiting, or multinational service center.
- Preferred Experience:
- Recruiting or administrative assistant experience
- Travel coordination
- A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
- Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines
- Knowledgeable of the full-cycle recruiting process
- Skills & Technology Used:
- Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and other general office equipment.
- Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of using online applicant tracking recruitment tools.
- Must be a self-starter and results-driven
- Autonomous/Independent-enjoys working with little direction
