Description The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the Microbiology, Immunoassay, Molecular and Integrated Solutions customer base. This role will focus on creating new business opportunities through the placement of instruments, reagents and services leading to increased revenues for the company within a designated Region. The Account Manager is directly responsible for achieving the territory sales goals and maintaining existing customers within their assigned territory in order to sustainably achieve high performance in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability. The Account Manager acts as the direct contact to the customer and is accountable as the point person for all communication both internally and externally. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Domestic travel required 70% of time. The estimated wage range for this role based in California is between $110,000 - $150,000. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
